Designed for both relaxation and entertaining, the space features a sleek tiled patio with comfortable lounge seating, a tranquil koi pond with a cascading waterfall, and a custom in-ground jacuzzi for unwinding under the stars. The outdoor kitchen, surrounded by lush tropical plants and natural wood textures, completes the experience — blending luxury, nature, and contemporary design into a seamless retreat.

THE BRIEF
Our client wanted to transform a compact backyard in Ocho Rios into a modern outdoor retreat for relaxation and entertaining. The goal was to integrate key lifestyle features — an in-ground jacuzzi, koi pond, and outdoor kitchen — while maintaining a clean, contemporary aesthetic with a tropical touch. Functionality, low maintenance, and visual harmony were top priorities.
OUR SOLUTION
We reimagined the backyard as a multifunctional outdoor living space that blends comfort with natural beauty. A sleek tiled patio serves as the central hub, connecting the jacuzzi, outdoor seating area, and kitchen. The koi pond and waterfall introduce movement and tranquility, while potted tropical plants and rock accents bring texture and softness to the modern layout.
Strategic lighting highlights key features after sunset, and carefully chosen materials — from wood tones to neutral stone — tie the design together for a cohesive, resort-like atmosphere. The result is an intimate yet luxurious space that seamlessly combines relaxation, entertainment, and natural charm.
