1. Consultation & Site Analysis
We begin by exploring your landscape and garden, assessing existing structures, site orientation, natural light, and surrounding views — including neighboring properties and the character of the area.
The Brief - We explore how your broader interests, entertaining style, and daily routines can shape a garden designed for the way you truly want to live outdoors.
Images - We often invite you to share inspiration images or gardens you admire, as this helps guide the direction of your design.
Budget - Your budget sets the framework for what’s achievable. We simplify the process by helping you understand the costs behind your ideas right away, keeping the design journey smooth and efficient.
End result - By this stage, we will have a clear understanding of your brief, explored fresh ideas, and be ready to present a detailed proposal.
2. Proposal & Quote
If you would like us to design your garden, we will prepare a fee proposal for your design concept plan, outlining our understanding of your brief and the scope of work.
The proposal includes a comprehensive checklist detailing exactly what is covered in your concept plan, tailored to the needs and priorities of your project.
3. Design Concept Plan
Once our fee proposal is accepted, we begin creating your design concept plans. This process includes:
Confirming your brief and conducting a detailed on-site analysis
Producing a scaled plan of the site
Developing 1–2 initial design concept sketches
Reviewing the concepts with you and presenting a curated mood board featuring recommended plants, pots, materials, and styling elements
Delivering the refined concepts, including a 2D landscape design plan, planting plan, and planting schedule.
4. Sourcing & Plants
We style your garden with carefully curated pieces sourced from our global network of premium suppliers. This may include outdoor furniture, planters, pots, outdoor rugs, privacy screens, mirrors, water features, and sculptural wall art.
Sourcing and procurement can be included within your design fee or provided separately at an hourly rate, depending on the project.
Plant Procurement
As qualified horticulturalists, we personally source and supply all plants for your project. This involves extensive coordination with nurseries island wide to secure the best quality, availability, and value — ensuring every plant meets the standard of your design.
5. Construction & Installation
