During your initial consultation, we may produce light hand sketches to help communicate early design concepts. These are not detailed scaled drawings or formal concept plans but rather quick visual guides to support discussion and direction. This visit gives us the opportunity to truly experience your outdoor space, understand your vision, and offer high-level recommendations.

Following the consultation, you can either move forward independently or engage AurumScape to carry your project from full landscape design through to complete installation.

We recommend having a general idea of:

• How you want to use the space

• Your priorities (design, lighting, privacy, function, etc.)

• Any inspiration images or references

• A realistic investment range

If available, site photos or drawings are also helpful.

The consultation does not include full design drawings or plans. However, you will receive professional guidance, conceptual direction, and clarity on next steps. Full design services are provided as part of a separate design agreement.

If we’re aligned, you’ll be guided into the next phase — typically a formal design proposal or design agreement. If the project is not a fit, we’ll be transparent and let you know early, saving time for everyone involved.

Yes. AurumScape consultations are paid and required prior to design or installation. The fee reflects the professional time, expertise, and planning involved. The consultation fee may be credited toward your project if you proceed.
