BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT IN OCHO RIOS

This client requested a low-maintenance tropical garden to refresh the look of their Property and boost curb appeal. The existing garden was in need of a complete redesign, and the client wanted a transformation completed within a tight timeline.

Our objective was to revitalize the space while preserving the property’s existing Christmas palms, ensuring the new design complemented their graceful presence. With careful plant selection and efficient project coordination, we created a cohesive tropical layout that delivers vibrant color, texture, and structure—while remaining easy to care for year-round.

THE BRIEF

Our client requested a low-maintenance tropical garden to refresh their Ocho Rios residence and enhance curb appeal. The existing garden needed a full redesign, and time was of the essence. We were also tasked with creating a new layout that complemented the property’s existing Christmas palms, preserving their beauty as key focal points.

OUR SOLUTION

To achieve the client’s vision, we designed a balanced tropical layout that merged lush plantings with simplicity for low upkeep. The existing Christmas palms were carefully integrated as focal points, their height and symmetry anchoring the design.

We introduced bottle palms and layered beds of hardy tropical species—including ervatima, dianella, and periwinkle—for year-round color and texture, while maintaining clean, open lawn areas for visual contrast. Strategic placement of decorative stones and rocks added definition without increasing maintenance demands.

Through efficient project execution, we delivered a refreshed, cohesive garden that enhances curb appeal and brings vibrant tropical charm to the property—all within the client’s required timeline.
